Cute

My favourite baby age has to be from six months to a year. I just love the little bit of independence that solid foods and movement allow these little people. However, these babies are still so cuddly and attached - a characteristic with which I am not yet willing to part. Plus, they are starting to look less like a newborn/infant and much more like themselves. (Oh, and a big plus: they're usually sleeping well during the day and night. Sigh.) So, when I saw this clip I smiled so much I almost cried. A baby in a sleeper is always super cute but the time lapsed movement makes him more like a super-cute fish than baby. So, enjoy and note that he spends very little time on the playmat that, I believe, is there for him to lie on. Ha! As if any of our motherly plans are ever hatched correctly. And I wonder why I'm bone-tired at the end of the day. p.s. When I showed this to the little boys today they were amazed by the rate at which the baby moves. They have no concept of fast-forward or time-lapsed videos. They have just upped their expectations of poor, little Isaac.
