Occasionally, if I know that I can't get out for a run, I throw on an exercise video called, ahem, Beach Bodies with Tony Horton. The last time I did this program on a consistent basis was when the twins were under three months old and would watch me sweat from the comfort of their baby seats. Things have changed a bit around here and 75% of the kids are now in on the action. Jacob lasts the longest and particularly loves power yoga and jumping jacks.

I think that Ben was pointing at a bird.

Warm-up stretches.

Ben, as usual, is losing his pants: he has very small hips and we constantly have to remind him to pull up his pants.

None of them quite know what they're doing as this move doesn't allow easy checking of the TV.

And, on to other things. As I already stated in a previous post: Benjamin really doesn't need a nap anymore.

Yes, those are my legs stretched out on the Lazy Boy - not the most flattering of poses. And, you are correct, his pants are on backwards; I was only able to convince him that his golf shirt should really be turned around so that the buttons face the front - the pants are for another day.

Don't tell Ben but I have seen kid who would kill for his hips/low riding pants...they are tugging them lower around here??? They're mothers must not have reminded them to 'put up your pants' ...keep up the good work (LOL)>
