What a great creation! I have a few pictures of Daniel (who is nearly 22) in outfits like this. He once made a great robot costume from things out of the recyling bin.
Fantastic costume. :) But I say laminate the whole thing with silver duct tape - fewer fumes than spray paint, and it'll actually make the outfit stronger and more durable. (Probably also more able to withstand assaults from armed brothers...)
Benjamin was made a knight while I was gone thanks to an ingenius babysitter.
I am considering silver spray paint.
