This and that

I'm not sure what happened with the kids' class photos this year, but they sure are memorable.  I like to call this one "Jack-in-the-box and Jack-out-of-the-box".  (Joe and Ben, middle of front row.)
And then there's this one.  Mug shots galore.
I love to do Hannah's hair and Sunday morning usually produces the best designs.  She has almost waist length hair and so much braiding loveliness comes very easily.
My mother knit her this hat.  Isn't it great?
Mariana absolutely loves Sammy.  He tolerates her much as an older dog does with a frisky new puppy.  He lets her hug him, crawl on him and pat him, all the while being very aware that she is little and easily hurt.  We often find her standing next to a sitting Sammy with her arms wrapped around his neck and her face pushed deeply into his fur.  Unfortunately, we have never been able to get a photo.
Hannah discovered an app that allows her to superimpose our photos onto stock photos.  Somehow Joseph (at times, to his chagrin) serves as the primary subject.
This is one of the "to his chagrin" photos.
I imagine that Jacob feels similarly.
And this final photo is what I arrive home to after asking the boys to make sure the table is set when I get home from my walk.

Oh I especially like the army men on top of the glasses! Yes, and the Kindergarten class photo left me so puzzled; did they specify when they took the picture, "nobody smile now?"

Can you please come here and do my hair?
