In other news: maternal grandmother's visit is drawing to a close, t.w.s. (tears will squirt). I imagine the blogging will be a bit more regular as mommy finds herself sans adult accompaniment. But, wait, it is March Break next week and thus Daddy will be holding classes at home - we'll see what the holiday brings us.

ha ha, i love that picture of hannah banging her head against the table. we played clue last night and emeline made an accusation, but she didn't say it out loud, just looked in the envelope and said "i was right! i win!" if only it were that easy.
ps. we had to cancel our dinner with friends b/c i have the flu -- BLEAH.
I just got home and told Dad (Nick) that I think of these kids as older, Jacob and Hannah that is. Playing a form of Monopoly with kids going on 6 - ??? really, is this possible? That is a game for 12 year olds. But they did great.
And hangman, endless words ending up with saints' names, these kids are delightful.
The week was full of wonderful discoveries about these grandchildren of mine, great little characters all of them. Each passing year brings more wonderful surprises. Keep it up, Jacob, Hannah, Benjy and Joe. Grandma Julie
Nothings worse than saying 'see you later' to the parental units!
